Test Model

The test model was built with 4mm okoume plwood, dark red Philippine mahogany sheers, center frame, breasthooks and thwart. The seams were fiberglassed inside and 4oz fiberglass cloth applied to the outside; total weight when completed: 42 lbs.

Note: We had previously stated that the test model was not fiberglassed; this was not correct.
