Transom and transom frame templates.
Cutting stem. The stem was designed to be made "in place", laminated from thin veneers. This one will be sawn to shape; mahogany on a plywood core. It was necessary to interpolate the patterns to construct the aft end of the stem.
Shaping the stem end angles. This will be the core of the stem with solid mahogany laminates on either side.
The stem-core is now ready for the outside mahogany laminates.
