Enclosed find a few pictures showing summer 2000 progress. Didn't get as much done as I hoped, too many interuptions.
Will be snowbirding south in a matter of days. Will give you a 2001 update a year from now.

The skeg, 19 laminations later. A simple jig to square the end.
Skeg complete with mock-up of prop & rudder.
Bottom is primed. Building cradle fitted and leveled with vertical supports at each frame.
