Flipped the boat within the slings.
I made the mistake of fitting the seats while the boat was still suspended in the slings. When I removed the slings and lowered the boat onto the trailer, the sides of the boat relaxed and my seats didn't fit anymore! I had to remake the seats. Lesson learned!
