Here is a pic of the boat built from your plans in 1991 (Variant). Pic taken
this August. Top speed of 38mph with 454, Merc out drive. Laid up with heavy
glass over wood. Hull is stretched to 30 ft. plus 2 ft. swim grid. She has been
tested in 10 ft. waves with very close crests. It was a bit scarry but no harm
done except the dinghy got torn off the grid and lost.
